1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Cost: From $3.99
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Cost: From $4.75
Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Cost: $7.99 + $2.40 for each additional item
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
3. International Shipping
We offer International Standard Shipping to select countries.
Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
Cost: From $4.75
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fees.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Certain products, including sale items or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.

6. Delayed Shipments
If a delay occurs before your order ships, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for updated delivery information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wit Pleasure Novelty Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We also do not ship to the following countries or regions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- The Crimea region of Ukraine
- Donetsk People's Republic (Ukraine)
- Luhansk People's Republic (Ukraine)
Additionally, certain products may be restricted from air shipment under Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. If this occurs, an alternative shipping method may be used.
